Fun cups!

Good morning all!

Waking up, eyes closed….sleep leaves and the awareness of a new day settles in bringing with it the long “to do” list….so the

Classes, parties and our Ladies day out, who can continue to sleep thinking about everything that needs done???  So up we go, Saturdays are earlier, but so fun, the dogs stay at home on these days, too much for them.

Ladies Day Out set up is a little different. Large coffee urn the creamers and we have lemon mint infused water, blueberry green tea, hot coffee and mimosas!  The Two Bird Bakery gets a spot on my counter with their wonderful muffins and scones!!  The musics on so, now, the day begins!

Class is fun slip trailing is on the agenda and I love slip that because it’s fun to teach but what is really fun is to see students get so excited about all the possibilities!

We talked about some mug options because one of my students wants to do a snake handle (ish) but….how fun would it be if the bottom of the cup had the snake under it as tho the cup had been sat on it???  Oh we had a great giggle over our options!  I love putting a place for the thumb on the handle.  The creative thoughts were really moving!

Mugs.  Used by everyone, and everyone has so many of them-but-we all have our favorite don’t we??  Trying to come up a new mug is like trying to come up with a new type of coffee!  So…the think tanks are grinding….I cracked myself up yesterday by placing a girl in the cup with seashells of the swimsuit knowing that when its all done she will look like she is in a hot tub with coffee up to her shoulders!  how fun is that~

We have a party getting ready to happen!  Love those, it is so much fun to watch the ladies get excited about what they are doing!! It always energizes me…
